One of our most popular pies! Who can say no to apples and salted caramel.
We take our flakey all-butter pastry crust and heap it with sliced NZ apples, add some sugar and spice and then pour on our house-made salted caramel and bake everything to golden brown. This pie is fabulous to eat at room temperature, or heated up with some vanilla ice cream on the side (or what ever you fancy).
The 10" pie serves 7-8 people depending on the size of the slice.
